The spacious and comfortable penthouse is located in a quiet setting, next to Villa Agnese, in a building with multiple residential units and offers an enchanting breathtaking view of the sea and the Mediterranean scrub. It is composed of two bedrooms, one double and one bedroom with two single beds, a large, bright and air-conditioned living area with kitchenette overlooking the large covered outdoor area with sea view. The complete bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
The kitchen is equipped with every comfort including dishwasher, toaster, American coffee machine, espresso coffee machine with capsules and moka.

Outside, available to our guests, there is a large private parking in front of the house, a large lush garden with flowers and plants characteristic of the Mediterranean scrub, an area equipped for barbecues with chairs and tables and a swimming pool with solarium to spend relaxing hours in the tranquillity of nature.
